Welcome to Crisp Cleaning! We are dedicated to providing high-quality cleaning services. By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.


Description of Services: Crisp Cleaning provides residential, commercial, deep cleaning, move in & out cleaning.

Service Scheduling: Services are scheduled at the convenience of the client, subject to availability.


Payment Terms:Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cards.

Late Payment:Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit is nonrefundable if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the cleaning.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule a service with no additional cost if done [24/48] hours prior to the appointment.

Company Cancellation: In rare instances, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

Client Obligations

Access: Clients must provide access to the premises for cleaning services.

Safety: Ensure a safe working environment, e.g., no hazardous materials are on the premises.

Liability & Damages

Company Liability: Crisp Cleaning is not liable for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation of items, or pre-existing damage.

Reporting Damage: Any damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Privacy Policy

Client Information: All client information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.


Changes to Terms:Crisp Cleaning reserves the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by California Law.
